Barbara Younger creates whimsical paintings for young and old. Each painting tells a bit of a story. The viewer gets to figure out what happens next!  

 

A resident of Hillsborough, NC, Barbara has sold over 100 paintings in the last two years through galleries, art shows, and her online presence. She teaches art workshops for kids and visits classrooms to share her work. Her “Toys Escaping” series can be found at her local historical museum as part of their antique toy exhibit.

  

Barbara loves to celebrate the scenery and traditions of Bald Head Island with paint. She and her husband Cliff own Marsh Onward! in Palmetto Cove. They cherish every visit to the island, and their children and grandchildren do too.
